All workers deserve the best chance to succeed Your janitors aren’t going to be able to wax the floors if they don’t have enough wax, a floor buffer, or proper signage to keep folks away from a slippery floor. They won’t be able to get rid of the trash unless they have trash bags and big bins that can hold the existing full bags.
